Campground Docks
Mod-U-Dock is the dock of choice for many campgrounds. We work closely with camps and RV parks to meet their specific needs and ensure satisfaction. Mod-U-Dock is a business affiliate with ACA (American Camp Association) and on the supplier council at ARVC (National Association of RV Parks and Campgounds). We also work with KOA (Kampgrounds of America, Inc.) and Jellystone/Leisure Systems camps.

Modules are made of marine-grade, UV-inhibited PVC or polypropylene integrally attached on a galvanized steel frame. Mod-U-Dock has dual 15-year structural and flotation warranties and a 50-year limited warranty on solid decking and siderails for public/commercial use (20 year commercial on open tread decking).
Mod-U-Dock is maintenance-free. It requires no painting or sealing, and won’t rot, warp, or chip. It won’t get termites, and is stain resistant. It is also non-porous and easy to rinse off.
The docks are also quiet to walk on, and stay cool to the touch–even in extreme temperatures. Decking is ADA compliant for slip resistance. Additional ADA compliant accessories are also available.

HOA – Condo Docks
Mod-U-Dock provides luxury and longevity for discerning home owners’ and condominium associations interested in an aesthetically pleasing, quality dock system.
Constructed with integral, high quality, maintenance-free decking, Mod-U-Dock is pleasant to walk on and stays cool to the touch, even in extreme temperatures. It is naturally boat friendly (decking won’t scratch) and resistant to impact damage.
Mod-U-Dock requires no painting or sealing, and won’t rot, warp, or chip. It won’t get termites, and is stain resistant. It is also non-porous and easy to rinse off. And, unlike treated wood, there are no toxic chemicals in our recyclable decking.
Industrial Docks
Mod-U-Dock is a work-horse dock with proven performance in construction, mining, and industry. A sturdy galvanized steel frame with maintenance-free decking provides ideal construction materials for most applications. Mod-U-Dock is engineering certified to support 2,000 pounds per four-by-eight section, supported by four corners alone.
Modular design facilitates ease of installation and flexible design options. Configuration can be modified as necessary for future use.
Current industrial applications include mining, pump platforms, and dewatering as well as water filtration and wastewater treatment.
Marina Boat Docks
Mod-U-Dock is a heavy-duty boat dock with a luxurious look and feel. It can withstand high traffic and repeated use. It is engineering certified to support 2,000 pounds per four-by-eight section, supported by four corners alone. Mod-U-Dock is used in public parks (city to national) as well as numerous home owners’ associations, campground, and industrial dock systems.
Constructed of marine grade, UV-inhibited, maintenance-free decking integrally bound on a galvanized steel frame, Mod-U-Dock is naturally boat friendly (no scratches) and resistant to impact damage. PVC post covers are also boat friendly.
Marina docks can be designed either in a floating or stationary configuration. Gangways and custom shore attachments are available. We will custom design your boat slips to your specifications, or provide recommendations based on your boat traffic, inventory, and forecasts. Mod-U-Dock is also easy to add on to in future.

Mod-U-Dock is suitable for high-traffic and ADA compliant docks for government applications including municipal, county, state and federal parks, and other public uses.

Installation is simple and straightforward. It can be easily accomplished by on-staff employees without special training or tools. Mod-U-Dock is available during working hours as well as evenings and weekends for installation assistance and advice. In addition, if desired we can provide onsite installation supervision or more.
